Conversation. Inspiration. Connection.
The community for women who care about the world and the people in it.
The Henley Female Collective was born from a simple belief: that women thrive when they're in the right room together. Three years, hundreds of women, and countless conversations later, that belief is at the heart of everything we do. We are one collective with three ways to belong - whichever one is right for you, you are always welcome.

Where the community begins. Monthly gatherings, inspiring speakers, honest conversation, and the kind of warmth that makes strangers feel like old friends before the coffee's finished. Fifty women, every fourth Friday, selling out every month.

The place to continue your conversations. Our online community space. A place to share, to ask, to celebrate and to show up for each other between gatherings.
Real connection without the noise and stress of social media.

Our intimate inner circle of women, chosen with care, spending a year growing together - with monthly gatherings, fortnightly walks, workshops, and the kind of support that stays with you long after the year is done.

Harriet Barcella
Life & Mindset Coach
Harriet founded the Henley Female Collective in 2023 with a breakfast event and a belief that women deserve spaces to be inspired, to find joy and to connect.
Three years later, those events sell out every month and the Collective has become something much more than just a monthly event. .
Everything the Collective has become grew from the part of her coaching work that impacts women most. Not the content - the community.

Erin Kennedy OBE
2 x Paralympic Champion, Multiple World & European Champion, Breast Cancer Campaigner and Motivational Speaker
At 29, Erin was diagnosed with breast cancer. She could have stepped back. Instead she competed through chemotherapy - and won gold. Then she came back and won again. But ask Erin what made that possible and she won't point to herself. She'll point to the people around her. The teammates, the supporters, the community that held her when everything was hardest. That belief in what women can do for each other is exactly why she's here.
